STOCKHOLM, September 17[th] 2020 — Modern Times Group MTG AB’s (publ.) (“MTG”) has decided to cancel its Capital Markets Day originally scheduled for October 9th 2020, in light of the ongoing pandemic.

MTG regrets the necessary decision to cancel its Capital Markets Day which was originally planned for October 9^th 2020 in New York, US.

The decision has been taken in light of the considerable challenges that the novel coronavirus pandemic and Covid-19 disease poses to society, and the strict restrictions on international travel that have been enforced and are still active.

It is the company’s intention to invite to a new Capital Markets Day shortly.
