MTG TO THE STOCKHOLM STOCK EXCHANGE O-LIST The Company Committee of the Stockholm Stock Exchange has today decided to list Modern Times Group MTG AB´s shares on the Stockholm Stock Exchange O-list. The first day of listing will be 3 May 1999 and the share will be traded under the symbol MTG The listing prospectus is available at the company office, Skeppsbron 18, Stockholm. The shares in MTG were distributed to the shareholders of Industriförvaltnings AB Kinnevik in September 1997.
