MTG ANNOUNCES ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES The following organizational changes have occurred at Modern Times Group MTG AB. Anders Nilsson, previously head of the Radio business area, has been appointed head of the Publishing business area, which comprises all newspaper and magazine production within the MTG Group in the Nordic countries: Metro, Finanstidningen, Moderna Tider, the publishing house Brombergs förlag, and the magazines Kapital and Silikon. Anders has worked for 10 years building MTG's radio businesses. The new head of the Radio business area will be Peter Ahlberg. Peter has worked for MTG for three years, first as the person responsible for starting the newspaper Metro in Gothenburg, then with responsibility for all editions of Metro in the Nordic countries. Before joining MTG, Peter worked for several years in commercial radio, at NRJ. Magnus Håkansson has been appointed head of the Electronic Retailing business area. Magnus was most recently employed by Södra Cell, as Controller and Strategic Development Manager. Prior to that, Magnus worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Co. and has even run his own consulting business. Kinna Bellander has been appointed head of the Content & Event business area. Kinna has worked for 10 years in the Kinnevik companies, including serving as President of Moderna Tider and arranger responsible for the Millennium celebrations. Kinna is a journalist and the holder of a Masters degree in Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology, in Stockholm. Ulf Groth, President of Hemglass and previously Marketing Manager at Comviq AB, has been appointed a director at MTG AB with overall responsibility for marketing and consumer relations. Anders Bergqvist has been appointed Group Controller for MTG. Anders was most recently responsible for corporate finance at Hogg Robinson plc, a worldwide travel group that includes the Swedish agency Bennett BTI. In the Publishing business area, Anders Fogelquist has been employed as Business Area Controller. Anders joins MTG from Regus.
